Static connection handover

The static connection handover makes use of the OPTIGA™ Authenticate NBTs functionality to store and provide connection handover NDEF records to allow NFC reader devices to quickly pair with devices holding an OPTIGA ™ Authenticate NBT.

Overview

This documentation shows how the provided hardware and software components can be utilized to evaluate this use case. The information shall help to understand the OPTIGA™ Authenticate NBT’s static connection handover functionality and how it can be utilized in actual applications. This is shown by a set of minimum-viable applications, which assist to establish a Bluetooth® connection between a microcontroller board and mobile phone by handing over the connection information via NFC.
