Detailed Description

The ILO operates with no external components and outputs a clock signal at roughly 40 kHz.

The ILO is relatively low power and low accuracy. It is available in all power modes. The ILO can be used as a low-frequency clock (LFCLK) or as a source for the WDT (Watchdog Timer), WDC (Watchdog Counters).
