The system clock is the source clock for CPU core (Cortex-M0+ in PSoC 4).
This clock is a divided version of the High-Frequency Clocks. A divider value of 1, 2, 4 or 8 can be used to further divide the High Frequency clock to a desired clock speed for the processor.
