Delta Set Data structure exchanged between the application and the Generic Level Model.

	The Delta change of the Generic Level state.
uint32_t	transition_time
	Transition time to the target level.
uint16_t	delay
	Delay before starting the transition.
uint8_t	continuation
	If false, a new delta transaction is started.
