Improvements to PMBus utilization were introduced: Command lookup: pre-implemented commands now use fixed slots, including MTB_PMBUS_IMPL_SLOT_PAGE_PLUS_WRITE and MTB_PMBUS_IMPL_SLOT_SMBALERT_MASK, and a switch instead of the scan. CRC: the CRC-8 table mtb_pmbus_int_crc8_table is exported, and mtb_pmbus_int_crc8_update and mtb_pmbus_int_crc_calc are forced inline. HAL callbacks: mtb_pmbus_i2c_isr and the HAL callbacks load mtb_pmbus_stc_t and the HAL configuration once. New API: mtb_pmbus_cmd_wr_byte_event_enable_disable and mtb_pmbus_cmd_wr_byte_event_enable_disable_isr. HAL write buffer: MTB_PMBUS_HAL_WRITE_BUF_SIZE increases from 2 to 32. The PMBus I2C personality includes corrected low/high phase calculation for configured data rates. Public API macros and constants have been added to the documentation. 	Fixed mixing of the Zone Read command and status events. Fixed the Zone Read issue when using the block read protocol.
