Introducing PSOC™ 4 MCU

PSOC™ 4 MCUs have tackled some of the complex portions of embedded system design making it easier for you to get your product to market.

Functions such as analog sensor integration, capacitive touch have been integrated and optimized in PSOC™ 4 MCUs to "just work".

The EZ-PD™ PMG1 family of devices are a set of USB Power-Delivery (USBPD) enabled Micro-Controllers derived from PSOC™ 4. The devices in the PMG1 family support one or two instances of the Power Delivery Sub-System (PDSS) in addition to other standard MCU peripherals available on PSOC™ 4 devices.

The EZ-PD™ CCG6DF_CFP and EZ-PD™ CCG6SF_CFP family of devices are Infineon's dual-port and single-port USB-C and Power Delivery controllers targeting PCs and notebooks. CCGxF_CFP family devices are an enhancement to CCG6DF by integrating 3:1 SBU Mux and high-side current sense resistor.

PSOC™ 4 HV (High Voltage) MCUs is a family of products providing one-chip solutions for smart sensor designs for automotive. It integrates high precision and programmable analog blocks, programmable digital blocks along with high-voltage (12V) operation integrating communication transceivers such as LIN / CXPI PHY, and an ARM Cortex M0+ CPU with embedded memory.

PSOC™ 4 Delivers Ultimate Design Flexibility

Achieve ultimate flexibility in your design with Infineon’s software-defined peripherals embedded in the PSOC™ 4 MCU architecture. Configure these peripherals using pre-built library functions or create your own using the programmable architecture inside of PSOC™ 4 MCU devices.

Capacitive Sensing

Infineon’s CAPSENSE™ is the industry-leading capacitive-sensing solution for touch, proximity sensing, and liquid-level sensing applications. CAPSENSE™ is a dedicated peripheral found across the entire PSOC™ 4 MCU portfolio.

Programmable Analog Blocks

Customize your analog front end to interface to any analog sensor through programmable analog blocks, which are composed of an assortment of opamps, comparators, ADCs, enabling complex analog signal flows.

Programmable Digital Blocks

Programmable digital blocks are composed of Serial Communication Blocks (SCBs), and Timer/Counter/Pulse Width Modulators (TCPWM).

Wired Connectivity

Wired connectivity interfaces, such as CAN, are available in the PSOC™ 4 MCU portfolio.
